Nuon is undergoing a digital transition for its customers. Digital capabilities keep making it all simpler for customers, letting them handle things for themselves online. Which means there expectations are being raised too. How far along are we in the digital transition? How can we – Nuon – respond to it? And what does it mean for the way we do business with our customers?

Solution

We made a film from the customer’s point of view. A customer showing us around the modern world. This teaches Nuon staff that consumers will embrace the services if the right approach is used.

Implementation

An authentic storytelling approach with striking examples called Simple with a human touch. The film was shared online and shown during various presentations.
