Imagine you’re in charge of a well-attended annual festival, for opera and ballet enthusiasts. Sounds great….but then the Corona pandemic strikes leaving you wondering whether to postpone the party or cancel the curtain call. But you’re not interested in turning things off – quite the opposite. You want to hit the ON button. The big question ; will the public embrace a four-day digital festival with live streams and online experiences? Absolutely! And we, at Soweiso Helder, are extremely proud to have been able facilitate such a successful event.
It took just five (!) weeks for us to create a digital venue, showcasing live performances, experiences, speakers, videos and much more. We took care of the hosting and digital design, offering sound advice to ensure smooth presentation and interesting content. Thanks to our special OFF platform, we were able to attract more visitors than ever to the NO&B event.
We managed to reach a staggering 30,000 people via approximately 12,000 unique logins. Our online audience enjoyed a variety of live performances, including the renowned opera ‘The Seven Deadly Sins’ plus a unique 360˚ production. In addition, viewers could benefit from the booths, exhibiting up and coming talent, inspirational speakers and musical acts. People were also able to chat and share their experiences via the on-line lobby. Ultimately, we created a feeling – a true festival vibe – and online! Success! Or as the Amsterdam newspaper, Het Parool, stated, ‘It was wonderful and left you yearning for more…’. Which is exactly why we do what we do.
“It was alive, bubbling, churning. Finding a virtual translation of this physical, shared space was crucial. Which is why we teamed up with SowiesoHelder. ”
Ready to go digital? Then give our event team a call – online or “hybrid” events are a good alternative to live meetings. It’s essential you know what to look for. A live event requires a different starting point from a digital version. And we would love to help you discover the best way to create your online event – making it a full success story, from strategy to wrap.
