A REFRESHING
JANUARY MEETING FOR LANDAL GREENPARKS

Landal GreenParks – a European network of holiday villages – kicks off each year with its ‘January Meeting’, which is attended by around 400 employees from 9 different countries. During this event – consisting of a plenary session and activities in subgroups, plus a dinner, party and overnight stay – Landal seeks to inform and inspire all its employees about the organisation, its plans for the upcoming year, and the company’s future strategy.

SOLUTION

We arranged for the employees to gather at a Landal Greenpark located on the beachfront. The bracing winds, vast horizon and the dynamic created by the undulating waves made for the perfect backdrop to inform representatives from different countries about the company’s goals for the next few years, and guests had the opportunity to engage in discussion and share experiences with each other. We literally gave the management a fresh start to kick off the event, by braving the cold and taking a dip in the sea. As soon as you get out of that comfort zone, you’ll start discovering you can do more than you think!

RESULT

We organised and managed the event from start to finish. The attendees engaged in various activities in the vacation villas, theatre, indoor playground and in the park. After an inspiring day filled with diverse, interactive and content-rich sessions, we challenged all attendees at the meeting to jump into the sea again the next morning (along with the management, of course).
