In these tough COVID-19 times, it’s difficult to win over an audience, particularly when it comes to a pitch presentation. Real estate investor and developer Hines would like to develop IBM’s new head office. The challenge: the people involved are in different locations (New York, London, Amsterdam), and the audience is even more scattered. How do you conquer the distance and win the pitch?
We launched a three-stage rocket! Prior to the webinar, we made a delivery to our IBM audience of a briefcase containing a VR headset, a 3D-printed model of the new building, and a beautifully designed description of the project. We then presented a spectacular virtual event from the various locations that was integrated, streaming and interactive. This was facilitated by a full studio and technical crew at each location. During the presentation we delivered phase three: an extensive, elegantly designed interactive PDF, chock-full of video and virtual reality content.
And we didn’t just deliver a rock-solid webinar – Hines is through to the final round of pitches! We also received rave reviews: “You are awesome”, “We would have been nowhere without you”, and “I am very impressed”. We were blushing but enormously proud to receive these compliments.
