LEARNING HAS TO BE FUN FOR ADULTS TOO

An interactive full-video e-learning module. How do you persuade your colleagues to report things that are inappropriate? How far should we go? How do you deal with it? The customer asked us to find an original way of tackling issues such as racism, careless handling of customers’ data or theft.

Solution

Along with our digital team we created a training course that takes the user along in a series of three interactive narratives. The choices the user makes along the way affects the way the story progresses. It ultimately becomes clear that it is always important to speak up if you notice inappropriate behaviour.

Implementation

Over a period of two months, we wrote the scripts for three interactive films and then we shot and edited the videos. We then processed the videos into an e-learning module and translated it into nine languages.
