Events Lissabon and Manifestival



Danone was implementing a new sourcing strategy. Strategic Resource Cycling. For Danone, this was one of many steps to reach carbon neutrality for all its activities in the near future. How did we activate this new manifesto in the business unit Purchase (250 employees worldwide)?



Bring all 250 employees together for a three-day event in Lisbon. The theme: Let’s set the stage. With different sessions, presentations and workshops to activate the principles of Strategic Resource Cycling. With the Danone Manifestival (a one-day event) we brought together all thousand employees of Danone the Netherlands to share with them the new course of the company.



We developed a visual identity for both events. Organisation and logistics of Let’s set the stage: event management, hotel selection, decoration, presentations, twenty films, guest speakers, a festive evening at a unique location, etc.
